Dripping

We have a dripping problem in our ceiling, which is coming from our master bathroom. It starting to fustrate me. The maintence people keep coming to the house and tightening the bolt's to the shower and toilets. If they tighten them anymore the bolts are going to fly off from so much tension and hit us in the head. But the drips keeps coming in the same spot, but its getting worse. They have been spackling over the spot but now the dripping is coming through the spackle and there is more than water falling on the floor now. I wish they would get a clue and realize that its the pipes that are leaking and tightening the bolt wont do fix it. we're not even using our master bathroom shower anymore, were in the hall bathroom. Were at the point with the tightening that if the floor collaspes the shower and toilet will still stand( okay thats extreme but you get my point.) We will keep you posted on dripping issue. :(
